No, we are not a fund at all, we are a Commercial Finance Company that provides capital to lenders, finance companies, and direct lending funds.
How do you Make Money?
We make money on the spread between what we offer our investors in a yield on our preferred stock and the investments that generate a return.
How do you differ from a Bank?
We don't make loans to Consumers at all, we invest in commercial and business lenders and funds, we don't take deposits, etc. We are not FDIC insured, we are a Texas LLC company.
What kind of support can I expect after signing up?

Do you offer guarantees on your investment solutions?

You select your ACH account we send to you, your dividend check arrives to you once a month starting the following month you invest.
I want my money back, can you buy my shares back, are they redeemable?
Yes, we will purchase back your preferred shares at par value (the principal value you invested). We have specific windows you can request your shares to be redeemed, also we have options for you in an emergency if you need all your money back.
